Over the last few months I've had a few reports of this happening - the buyers 'basket' being empty when they go to checkout, that is.

Most sales seem to be going through just fine but a few are having a problem. I've seen a couple of other producers mention it too, and I'm not sure what solves it.

I've suggested using another browser to one individual but he is unable/unwilling to try that.

Is it the store minimum purchase maybe? Or a different problem?
