Newbie question as never tried to download from here before.

I select a download by clicking add to cart and then try to add another, which then replaces what I had in the cart and even if I try to buy individual downloads it says $10 minimum, so I HAVE to buy more than one download of a certain price but it doesn't let me get as far as adding two downloads together.

What is happening? What am I doing wrong?

First I've heard of items replacing one another in the download cart! Um, I've really got nothing.... Perhaps check your security / firewall system to make sure that you're allowing all types of cookies? The download cart relies 100% on cookies to retain what you have in your cart. If it's replacing your stuff every time you add something, then it's got to be erasing the cookie and putting another one on.

Maybe try adding something, then go to view your cart (you can click on the same gray Add to Cart button again and it'll take you to your cart), then go back to where you were (just click Continue Shopping) and add another item.

Sorry I don't have more suggestions, but this is the first I've heard of this. Just make sure your cookies are unrestricted.

Thanks for the help - still couldn't do it using Firefox but went back to old Internet Explorer and downloaded without a hitch.

Not enough knowledge to sort out what happened with Firefox but am happy that it can be done, even if it just with crappy IE.

Sorry this problem continues with Firefox. It definitely sounds like a cookie issue to me. Are you able to log into the site and stay logged in for any length of time? What version of FF are you using?
