I recently tried to make a purchase on the download store but the epoch system kept declining my card when I tried to register with them, and I was wondering if you might be able to offer some assistance...
More specifically, I am an American residing in Canada currently, and my card that I use for these types of purchases is a Visa-branded debit card associated with an American bank account and thus a billing address that is in the US - is the discrepancy between my current country of Canada and my billing address in the US what is causing the problem? I checked my bank account and I have plenty of funds available so I know that isn't the issue...
