I'm not pretending to be psychic or all knowing, but I reckon the odds would be safe enough to bet a large amount of money on four more years of Obama.

I also think America is about due for a great president, I don't think Obama is that (Well, not showing signs), but I reckon he is solid enough for now.


I agree with you on other countries, the polarization here doesn't make for the great entertainment or discussion worthy politics the news channels seem to believe. It sucks that America is still arguing so hard about things others have put to bed sensibly like abortion, immigration and health insurance - so people can spend that time sorting out the real problems and issues.

There is so much to love about America, the fascination I do have is that the country is so mired in the mud about so many issues, yet is still such an amazing place for the most part.
