A recap: A little while ago I notified producers of custom videos that they had to check with me before they were allowed to advertise their services anywhere on this site. This was mostly in response to several members getting duped out of their money by "models" who really turned out to be someone else exploiting their accounts. I also don't like the idea of people offering customs with next to no proof that they can even fullfill such an order.
This ratings system is tied onto our download stores, so only users with UMD download stores can be rated and reviewed. This was done mainly because programmatically it was easier and faster to build into the existing system. But also, it will give customers examples of your past work, see how prolific you are and how often you update... all in one place. There is nothing for you to do or set up, because we get all the data and updates off your store.
Anyone who has ever gotten a custom film made is encouraged to follow the link (also on our homepage and downloads page) and write a review about your model or producer. If you don't see them there, then their store is likely waiting for my approval or they haven't asked for it yet.
Your review remains open forever, so you can add to it, edit it, and adjust your heart-rating as your opinion changes over time. The producer's average heart-rating will be recalculated on the spot, but the review itself will be kicked back over to me for re-approval.
I know I have a lot of producers who already asked to be approved. Thanks for your patience; I'm getting to you.
I'm open to suggestions, criticisms, bug finds, etc.

Good point, but it's not much different from them posting that info anywhere else on UMD. Except that now at least it's concentrated in one place where such an outlier will be easier to deal with and weigh against the other reviews around it.
Producers also have a go-to place to see ongoing feedback and take action about it or make their service better.
Besides, I'm still approving all the reviews as I always have, and since this isn't a problems / feedback form, I'll forward any obvious problems right to the producer. Also, I'm putting in "report it" links later for all reviews.
