Thanks that is really helpful as I am not very technically minded, I really want to do a video but hate hearing myself talk maybe use music over the video would this be difficult ?

If you're not very technically minded, Apple iMovie is the best bet as it's really easy to use, can be downloaded online and costs only £8! ...if you happen to have a Mac, that is.
