Interesting idea, but methinks you may have to refine the categories somewhat if there are to be images, as otherwise people who see an image of something that's far removed from their take on it might be put off altogehter. Example: If the pic for "fully clothed" shows someone in say a cheerleader's costume, yes they are officially "fully dressed" but skimpy stuff like that isn't going to appeal to the winter clothes fans, or even just folk who want more normal clothes like long skirts or trouser suits.
A plea: Can we please separate the knicker filling (underwear filling) and clothes filling categories? They're completely different things and what works for someone who likes clothes filling will in many cases be of no interest at all to the underwear filling folks, and vice versa. Swimsuit filling needs a category of it's own too, it's not clothes but not underwear either.
Likewise, the feet / footwear one, there's bare feet, stockings and tights, feet in socks, feet in shoes, high heels, kinky boots, rubber boots, waders - a wide spectrum of sub-fetishes - a bare feet enthusiast isn't going to be best pleased when "feet/footwear" turns out to be huge rubber boots.
Also, is there a way we can submit these without making them public? I've a few in sets that aren't released yet that would probably do a couple of categories.
Can we have a "trousers" category? Not all trousers are jeans or uniforms, which are the only options at the moment.
Another example of more specialisation needed - can we have "workwear" (or perhaps "industrial"), as otherwise, if "uniforms" is illustrated by say an airline stewardess, that kind of hides that the category might also include women in overalls, medical gear, etc. Not everyone will see a stewardess or military person and realise that's the category to look for scrubs, nurses dresses, boilersuits and the like. It sort of works in text, but pics will make it a lot narrower, and are bound to exclude someone's tastes.
Final thought - new category for wedding dresses?
Here's a few though, mostly to to illustrate clothes filling, plus a couple of dresses, a pair of soon-to-be-wet-nurses

, plus workwear uniforms (higher res versions available if you need them).
