I live in the Tennessee, Georgia area. I have no idea who to contact about WAM photoshoots or videos, or anything like that. I mean, I've already got adult entertainment experience, I've been doing exotic dancing(wiggles fingers in the air) for awhile, now.
I've heard that Atlanta is a good, no, scratch that, BETTER place than Tennessee for things like acting and whatnot.
So... any help? Suggestions, references?

Atlanta isn't a bad place to find acting jobs. You could do worse. I think StormyNight lives in your general area. She has shot in Atlanta, Arkansas, and pretty much everywhere. She even came out to eastern NC to do a shoot with me, last year. Maybe she would have some tips for you. You could try to PM her on here. If you don't hear anything back, PM me, and I'll send her a text message.

Hmm, WAM in general is a very small interest and those who produce WAM material tend to be spread out throughout the country, rather than being concentrated in one area. You may want to go thru the various WAM sites and contact them directly, and expect travel as part of the deal (or ordeal )
Now if you want to get into glamour/fashion modeling or fetish modeling, you can start by opening up a portfolio on sites such as One Model Place, Model Mayhem or consider Fetlife. Depending on your level of modeling experience, it won't be long before you meet the right people who can help you reach your goals.
