Parachat is in Java, not Javascript, and I have no control over its codebase. It's completely hosted and maintained over on Parachat's servers. Seems like this fellow has a hyperactive firewall or internet security program. There should be some sort of option to manually allow Parachat to run. I can't imagine such software that wouldn't allow you to override its decision should it not be able to authenticate the software itself.
