"Suited Davina is soaked then covered in food, paint, mud & molasses"
Welcome to Splosh!'s very own breakfast TV show, 'Start the Day with Ophelia Pecker' as seen in their third film 'Hot Coffee & Sticky Buns'--a compilation of sketches packed with messy action. The running gag for this film were frequent trips to the newsroom to see the lovely Davina Burnett (20) reduced from smartly suited newsreader to horny naked wreck! Davina (a student at the time) reads the news with 'visual aids for the hard of hearing' so all her stories are graphically illustrated with some wet or messy fate for her--an idea often copied since. First, she is deluged with water describing the storms lashing Britain till her suit is completlely soaked. Then in part two, her description of food prices falling has her drenched in custard, jam,baked beans and cream--then squirted between the legs with chocolate sauce. By part three she is topless for a thorough messing in glorious golden syrup right down to her sticky shoes, before part four sees her boobs squirted with multi coloured paint. By part five she is revelling in her predicament as this time she is coated in thick mud which she delights in rubbing into her naked body before the grand finale, part six, a shiny gloss of 'motor oil'--really black treacle--sending her into writhing messy ecstasy on her newsdesk. And stick around for the credits to see her get a full face coating of treacle as well.
A fine performance from Davina making her messy video debut and clearly having a great time.
