Never have I had a pair of rubber rain boots, it's true!
Wasn't till now that I would I really need them.

Growing up in the dry south west,
the sun did shine but the rains would not.

Now I live where it's moist and wet,
as an Island dweller for the boots I went.

Riding home I wished as I may,
Make it rain a full long day.

My wish came true and out I went,
To splash in the puddles and get myself wet!
